Shopping Basics

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

I do not accept returns on jewellery and custom made items. If there is a problem with your order, contact me via form on the Contact Us page so that I can assist you.

This does not impede your statutory rights.

I do ship internationally to some countries. Please fill in the form on the Contact Us page with what you would like to order and the country it is being sent to.

Payments

Credit Cards and PayPal are accepted.

For international credit cards, I do recommend using PayPal.

Sales tax, GST & VAT are inclusive in the sale price. Customs & Import Fees need to be paid by you.

After the refund has been processed, it is up to your individual bank for how long it takes to get to your account. It can take 5 working days or longer.

Fill out the form on the Contact Us page. I only accept cancellations made within 24hrs of the purchase.
